Kembrie from Mrs. Hansen's class comforted a friend who was sad. Great job!
Tate, Emmitt, and Oaklyn from Mrs. Lewis' class helped clean the classroom! So kind!

GREAT JOB BUCKET FILLERS!!!!

Elliott Owens is this week's "Let Your Kind Shine" recipient. His teacher, Miss Holcer says that "Elliott can always be found looking for ways to help others. At recess, Elliott spent part of his time trying to push snow off of the turf so his friends would have more room to play." Thanks for spreading kindness at CES! ☀️

Tynsley and Chloe took a ride in the ABC Wagon today! This week, they identified every upper/lowercase letter and the sounds of each letter!

G-O-A-L GETTERS!!!

Our R-II maintenance workers make sure our buildings run safely and smoothly for our students and staff throughout the year. In observance of National Maintenance Worker Appreciation Day, we would like to express our thanks to Mike Jones & Kyle Chambers. We appreciate you!

Look at some of our hard working CES kindergarteners and 1st graders! Not only did they give their all on the I-Ready Growth test today, they also helped pick up trash around our school!
*CES Families- Please remind your child(ren) to wear coats to school tomorrow with the expected temperature drop!

Our parent Sunshine Squad brought our staff a rainbow of surprises to enjoy in our staff lounge this week! We greatly appreciate and treasure our supportive families at CES!

This week's "Let Your Kind Shine Award" goes to Miss Kenzie Lowe. Her teacher, Mrs. Bonderer says, "Kenzie is always overflowing with joy and kindness. She is so polite and a great friend to all. Her cheerful personality is contagious!" Keep shining Kenzie! ☀️☀️☀️

Rolling with the ABC Wagon!!!

Workers are pouring a new concrete road this (Thursday) morning near Hornet Drive. When this current work is completed (stretching half the length to CES), and approved by inspectors, the handicapped parking spaces close to the stadium will be available for use this spring.

February 22nd is National School Bus Driver Appreciation Day and we sure appreciate our hard-working and dedicated bus drivers! Thank you for all you do to ensure the safe transport of our students!
