Former students may request transcripts by contacting Andrea Graves (agraves@chillicotheschools.org)
Please include name at time of graduation, graduation year and phone number. Indicate where the
transcript should be sent. Transcripts sent directly to individuals will be unofficial, unless specfically
requested to be an official transcript. Please allow a minimum of two weeksfor your request to be
processed.

Education verification requests should include the signed release and be faxed to 660-646-7106.
