Our "Brag Board" has been cleared and is ready for some new proud moments from CES students! What are you proud of, CES?

We are thankful for the thank-you notes written by our students, as well as the encouraging lunchbox notes and positive emails and messages from parents. A kind word of encouragement can truly change someone’s day, and these thoughtful gestures are why we celebrate Thankful Thursday—there is so much to be thankful for at CES!

New year, new books to read, new stories to write, and days full of learning. We’re back at CES and excited for everything ahead in 2026!

Mrs. Hawkins’ 3rd grade class, along with their Partner in Education, Kayla Thompson from Double T, had a fun and engaging day of learning. Kiddos practiced adding and subtracting multi-digit numbers to reveal a mystery image of the Grinch, worked in pairs to solve multi-step word problems, and created a plot diagram after listening to the story. They also enjoyed creating their own Whoville names and sorting Grinch-themed words by parts of speech.
