Decision Day was held today for CHS seniors. Decision Day celebrates seniors’ postsecondary plans to enroll in college, enter the military or go straight into the workforce and helps kick-start a plan for seniors who have not yet decided. The program encourages seniors to finalize and follow through on their plans for the future.
Today's Decision Day was sponsored by rootEd Missouri. rootEd provided prizes and pizza for the entire senior class.
rootEd Alliance was launched to address the most challenging obstacles to success after high school for students in rural areas. Chillicothe High School was selected to be part of a three year grant to employ an advisor to work with all seniors in planning for the future.
