All enrollments to Chillicothe R-II School District begin with an online enrollment process.

Please use the link below to access our online enrollment forms to fill out enrollment applications for the following students:

• New Students enrolling for the Current School Year.

• 8th Grade Students from other districts transferring to Chillicothe R-II Schools in the Fall for the 2025-26 school year as Freshmen.
  

  Online Registration Forms for New Students

As part of the enrollment process, please note that after August 1st, you will need to complete a more detailed online registration form. This is part of the District's Annual Online Registration Update for the 2025-26 school year.

This annual update allows us to ensure that we have the most current information regarding your student and your household in our system.

The annual update will be activated after August 1st and will be available at that time and visible in you parent portal.

• Submission of a consent form to release student information and records (Call 660-646-4566 for more information)

• Evidence of residency within the District

• Proof of age and immunization status
