This morning, Board President Clint Williams officially signed the closing documents at Livingston Title Co. in Chillicothe for the sale of Dewey Elementary School. The property, located at 905 Dickinson Street, along with the accompanying lot at 1403 Polk Street, has been sold for $149,000.
The new owners, Scott Allen Wallace Anderson and Joy Lynne Wallace Anderson, are set to take over the property, marking a significant transition for the Chillicothe School District.
