The Chillicothe R-II School District is accepting qualifications for architectural services to design an addition to the Chillicothe Elementary School. Specifications are provided at the Administrative Offices or can be emailed to interested parties upon request.
Bids will be due Tuesday, October 12th, at the Chillicothe Board of Education office, 2807 Hornet Road, PO Box 530, Chillicothe, MO 64601-0530. Bids will be awarded only when approved by the Board of Education.
After review of the qualifications, the Chillicothe R-II School District will select the firm best qualified for this project and will attempt to negotiate a contract for the scope of work as described. The school district is obtaining professional services only and reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive any minor irregularities in the submissions.
